01About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of lianpeptides.com and to every order you place with Lian Peptides (“we”, “us”). We are based in China and sell to customers in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Who can order

To place an order you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • buy the products only for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research;
  • be legally allowed to buy, import and possess the products in the country they are delivered to;
  • give accurate details for your account, billing and delivery.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe these conditions are not met.

03Research use only

All products are sold as research chemicals for laboratory use only. They are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, are not approved by any regulator for human or veterinary use, and must not be used on people or animals. Full details are in our Research Disclaimer.

We do not give medical, dosing or administration advice. If a request, message or review suggests that products will be used for anything other than research, we may cancel the order and close the account.

04Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

05Products and information

We work to describe products accurately, including names, amounts, specifications and test information. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary between batches. Test reports relate to the specific batch tested; you can see them on our Testing & Certificates page or ask us for the report for your batch.

Products are available while stock lasts. We may change or stop offering any product at any time.

06Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the item price only, unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment provider.
  • If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time.

07Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. You will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been shipped.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or the order breaks these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

You can change or cancel an order free of charge until it is shipped by emailing us with your order number.

08Shipping and customs

DispatchOrders ship from China, usually within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
TrackingEvery order ships with tracking, sent to you by email.
CustomsInternational orders may be inspected by customs. Any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.
Import rulesYou are responsible for making sure the products can be legally imported where you live. If customs refuses or seizes a parcel, we will work with you, but we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment where the import was not allowed.
Delivery addressPlease check your address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.

09Returns and refunds

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, reconstituted or stored by you.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate and send a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law in your country.

10Using the website

You agree not to:

  • use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
  • copy, scrape or republish our content, images or test reports without permission;
  • try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or interfere with the website's security;
  • post reviews or messages that are false, abusive, or that describe using our products on humans or animals.

11Intellectual property

The Lian Peptides name, logo, website design, text, images, product photos and test report pages belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. Product names may be the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the research compound.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by using our products in a way that breaks these Terms or our Research Disclaimer, including any use on humans or animals;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or research time;
  • our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Your responsibility to us

If you break these Terms, for example by misusing products or importing them where this is not allowed, you agree to cover any reasonable losses, costs or claims we face as a result, to the extent the law allows.

14Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

15General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to someone else without our agreement.
  • These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place an order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
